All he told me was that's not my job call claims and continued to repeat himself and restate everything over and over as if I didn't know what I was asking him or know what I was talking about. I find him very unprofessional I don't think he should be working with people if he can't be respectful to people that have been in accidents or have questions about claims considering he is a State Farm agent regardless of if it's his area or not his professionalism is very poor."
